The 5 members of the Cool Cats bring a wealth of training and experience to their work as performers and educators. The band includes 3 Hartt School of Music graduates, and includes Percussionist/Manager Sal Ranniello, Guitarist/Banjoist Jamie Sherwood, Bassist Don Wallace, reed player Chris Coulter, (sax, flute), and Brass player Jim Fryer (trombone, trumpet). Each Cool Cat brings their musical talents, love of American music, and enthusiasm for teaching to school groups of all ages.
