Jay Cady and Leslie Seifert-Cady are a husband and wife team who have performed together since the 1980s. They studied mime and circus arts with many teachers including legendary French mime Marcel Marceau. They were based in Kansas City for many years and now reside in Rhode Island. They were awarded the Lighton Prize for Excellence as Teaching Artists by Kansas City Young Audiences. They have performed over 6,000 shows in 38 states and 7 foreign countries.
