Arcari Flora delivers nature-based programs that nurture mindfulness, environmental stewardship, and creative expression. Rooted in sensory engagement, ecological storytelling, and hands-on exploration, each offering guides participants to reconnect with natural rhythms, connecting deeply through soil, plants, art, and well-being.

• Pollinators: Mason Bee Hotel – Students craft bee habitats while learning about pollinator ecology.

• Grounding Through Sensory Gardens – Participants cultivate sensory-rich gardens, exploring smell, texture, and color with a focus on connection and food sovereignty.

• Mindfulness Through Herbal Tea – A contemplative exploration blending tea-making, sensory awareness, and plant-based art.

• Natural Dyes: A Vibrant Journey into Color – Discover how plants become pigments through hands-on natural dye processes.

• Soil Stories: Unearthing Creativity – Delve into soil as a living ecosystem and create art inspired by its layers.

• Weaving Feelings & Fibers – Use natural fibers to create tactile artworks that express emotion and texture.

• Rewilding Spaces: Habitat Restoration – A holistic, immersive program transforming spaces into thriving native ecosystems that integrate art, gardening, and ecological mindfulness.

Objectives

Arcari Flora delivers nature-based programs that nurture mindfulness, environmental stewardship, and creative expression. Program Objectives by Highlight:

• Pollinators: Mason Bee Hotel:
Students learn about pollinators’ ecological roles and build functional bee habitats that support biodiversity.

• Grounding Through Sensory Gardens:
Participants engage the senses to deepen their connection with the environment and nurture awareness of plant-based food systems.

• Mindfulness Through Herbal Tea:
Learners explore plant-based sensory rituals, reflecting on nature's role in calmness, ritual,
and creative well-being.

• Natural Dyes: A Vibrant Journey into Color:
Students experiment with plant pigments, discovering how natural materials can transform into vibrant, sustainable art.

• Soil Stories: Unearthing Creativity:
Participants explore soil layers and organisms, translating ecological understanding into expressive, layered artworks.

• Weaving Feelings & Fibers:
Learners express emotion through texture and pattern, weaving tactile works that reflect personal and natural narratives.

• Rewilding Spaces: Habitat Restoration:
Participants create multi-sensory gardens using native plants and restorative practices; they cultivate mindfulness through eco-printing, journaling, and storytelling.

Pricing Information

• Standard Workshops (Soil Stories, Natural Dyes, Weaving Fibers, My Garden Grows):
$515 per program

• Material-Intensive Program (Pollinators: Mason Bee Hotel):
$662 per program (includes materials)

• Expanded Programs (Grounding Through Sensory Gardens, Rewilding Spaces):
$515 per program + $368 for plants/materials

Technical Specifications

• Set Up: 10-15 minutes
• Break: Minimum 5 minutes
• Strike: 10 minutes

• Program Space: A standard classroom or art room with tables and chairs is sufficient. For sensory garden or rewilding programs, access to an outdoor space or school garden area is preferred. Access to water is helpful but not required.
• Tables/Chairs: Yes. Please provide tables and chairs for students to work comfortably.
• Outside Possible: Yes. Many programs work well outdoors if tables/chairs are available. For garden-based programs (Sensory Gardens, Rewilding Spaces), outdoor access is preferred.
• Venue-Provided Supplies: Paper towels, trash bin. For garden-based programs, schools provide outdoor space and cover plant costs when applicable.
• Mobility/Location Needs: I can move between classrooms if needed. If programs are on the second floor, elevator access is required so I can transport materials with a wagon.
