Testimonials
"Aimee is such a kind person, and makes me feel really comfortable to play around, which really helps as a person with really bad anxiety. She believes in me, has never made me feel that I wasn't good enough, and has pushed me to become a better musician."

Description
Students will travel through musical history with the flute as their guide. Live multi-sensory performances will provide the backdrop to discussions of the baroque, classical, romantic, impressionist, and contemporary periods. Discussions of connections between art forms and the evolution of performance technique will further deepen the understanding of music as an expression of cultural history.
