Description

OompaPossum Puppets presents "Creatures of New England", an informative, nature-based show for children ages 8 and under. Children will learn all about the fascinating animals that roam our forests, fly in our skies and swim in our sea. This show may be performed inside or outside, weather permitting.

Objectives

- Viewers will develop increased awareness of our local environment
- Viewers will develop increased ability to identify an array of animal species and their natural habitat specific to New England
- Viewers will develop increased knowledge of ways to protect our natural resources to include messages of recycling and anti-littering
- Viewers will develop increased ability to cope with the pandemic related stressors
- Viewers will be given the opportunity to explore future career paths as artists and puppeteers.
