Testimonial

"Having the opportunity to work with AFLCT has been truly beneficial; they've provided unique experiences that have positively impacted our students. Their professional artists are strong role-models who encouraged students to take risks, find their voices, and be confident young people. They assisted in the process of inspiring our students to discover their individual identities and be able to self-assuredly express and share their ideas and opinions."

Description

Empowering students with the tools to take an idea (any idea), from concept to finished product. Demystifying the design process. Catering the length, area of focus and level of detail we explore, to each age group and or time slot.

Explore Fashion Design - the steps we take as designers and how we can apply them to fashion or any other concept.

Program catered to either the strictly artistic side, the business side, or a combination of the two. Let's break down the steps designers take to go form concept to market.

Objectives

Objective is to give confidence to each child/person to empower their ideas, to create objectives and put action behind their dreams. Each will learn the basics, or go into greater detail of the "how to bring a concept to life".

Depending on the age and area of focus. A class that falls under an "ART" course or a "MARKETING" class - will adjust the focus needed to serve the purposes of the class and age of the students.

Students will learn the steps any artist or company takes to take any idea from concept to market. Or we will focus on the creative artistic side of Fashion Design and go deep into this area - the students can begin the journey as fashion designers and how we design a collection.

Demystifying the process. This process can be applied to any concept not just fashion, can be broad or strictly fashion.
