Description
Universal Sounds will demonstrate the use of computers in the creation of modern popular music styles. The presentation will be approximately 50 minutes. We will share our techniques in creating basic musical ideas in a Digital Audio Workstation (DAW) like Logic Pro X, Ableton Live and Pro Tools, or a cloud based DAW like Soundation. Universal Sounds can also provide music production workshops using Garageband on Mac OS or iOS.
Objectives
Universal Sounds presents a live demonstration of recording, composing, mixing and publishing music using computers, tablets, and other electronic mobile devices in cooperation with software called a Digital Audio Workstation (DAW).
Universal Sounds intends the audience to gain an understanding of how majority of modern music is put together from start to finish.
