Pilobolus is a Fungus is an interactive, family-friendly performance that brings the joy of movement and the beauty of nature to life through the imagination and athleticism of Pilobolus dancers.
As students journey through a whimsical world of birds, trees, rivers—and fungi—they experience dance as a language of connection and creativity. The performance includes audience participation, child-friendly costuming, and a flexible “soft start” to accommodate school-day delays.

• Program Space: A minimum of 20x20 feet is required for the performance area.
• Electricity/Wi-Fi: Access to multiple electrical outlets is essential.
• Dressing Room: A private space, like a staff bathroom or empty classroom, is necessary for dancers to change into costumes.
• Other: We need a designated person from the school who is knowledgeable about lighting equipment and circuit breaker locations.
