Testimonial

"Having the opportunity to work with AFLCT has been truly beneficial; they've provided unique experiences that have positively impacted our students. Their professional artists are strong role-models who encouraged students to take risks, find their voices, and be confident young people. They assisted in the process of inspiring our students to discover their individual identities and be able to self-assuredly express and share their ideas and opinions."

Description

Poetry in Motion is an award-winning, exhilarating tour de force for actor/mime David Zucker. It combines acting, mime, humor, audience participation and an old steamer trunk brimming with props, costumes, masks, and puppets; bringing the best English language children's poetry vividly to life. David recreates the fine tradition of memorized spoken verse with the poems of such authors as A.A. Milne, Lewis Carroll, Langston Hughes, James Whitcomb Riley, and many more. Performed for hundreds of thousands of students across the USA over the past 30 years.
