Description

Quill'n & Spill'n is an immersive creative writing workshop designed to blend the art of storytelling with social-emotional learning. Led by renowned spoken word poet and rapper Silent Quill, this workshop offers a safe and supportive environment where participants can explore their inner thoughts and emotions through the written word. Through a series of engaging activities, participants will learn how to channel their experiences into compelling narratives, poems, and raps, while developing critical skills in self-awareness, empathy, and emotional regulation.

Objectives

Quill'n & Spill'n aims to empower participants to use creative writing as a tool for self-expression and emotional growth. By the end of the workshop, participants will develop self-awareness, enhance emotional intelligence, cultivate empathy, build communication skills, and foster community connection. Through the transformative power of creative writing, Quill'n & Spill'n aims to nurture emotional well-being and inspire participants to harness their unique voices.
