Testimonial
"We want to send along our heartfelt thanks for guiding us today. The children were truly inspired, and it felt like they were able to take off because you allowed them a balance of freedom and 'bones' from which to take off. As the children started to transition to Outside Time, Ana said, 'I just couldn't resist, I wrote more!'"

Description
As a CT-based teaching artist since 1997, with expertise in working in HOT (Higher Order Thinking) schools and programs, Doe has participated in many cross-curricular residencies on a wide variety of themes, topics, and units of study. Working in collaboration with classroom teachers, arts essentialists, administration, and with partnered schools, she has assisted in preparing residency-style experiences in science, mathematics, and social studies with alignments in the visual and dramatic arts for learners in Grades K-8. She is also adept at joyfully collaborating with other teaching artists. The options are endless, so please feel free to pitch an idea to Doe. Together, you and she will prepare a rigorous and joyful standards-aligned and inquiry-based learning experience.
