Description
This is a group-driven activity about leadership and change. It allows participants to share ideas, create, develop and contribute to something they created that is a symbol of change personally or for what represents their community.
Objectives
Activities provide opportunities for leadership practice in a team enviorment that allows individuals to test and improve their abilities (and the abilities of your team) in a group-defined experience to build consensus and change.
