This interdisciplinary program introduces students to storytelling not just as an art form, but as a powerful tool for self-discovery, confidence-building, and communication. Blending creative writing, digital media, and reflective exercises, students learn how stories shape identity—both individually and collectively.

Through a dynamic mix of hands-on activities, students explore character development, world-building, and narrative structure using accessible frameworks like archetypes and the hero’s journey. Sessions often begin with grounding exercises (such as emotion-based color check-ins) to help students connect with their inner world, then expand outward—transforming personal experiences into meaningful stories.

Students are guided to think of storytelling as “infrastructure”—something that influences how we see ourselves, relate to others, and navigate the world.
