Teaching Artist Legacy Statement
As a Teaching Artist, I am deeply passionate about enriching students' learning experiences by incorporating Visual Art into their academic curriculum. My primary objective is to expand their knowledge by emphasizing science, geography, and storytelling through the utilization of the Elements and Principles of Art to communicate a message using a variety of materials such as paint sticks, construction paper, and oil sticks to create mixed media art while exploring artists around the world and their techniques.

Testimonials
I want to say that Meredith did a FANTASTIC job with the students and organizing this workshop. She had great sense of managing time and keeping students engaged. She also had great strategies to help students who were reluctant to draw or struggling with certain parts of their self-portraits. I would have her back in the classroom in a heartbeat!
