As a Puppeteer & Teaching Artist, I strive to engage students in a joyful and meaningful way where we reimagine everyday objects into living, breathing characters that hold the ability to inspire laughter, curiosity and continued learning about the subject we choose to focus on.

Description
The art of puppetry can be a great tool to help with oral literacy through storytelling. When bringing a character to life language needs to be practiced and when "the puppet is talking" we usually feel less worried about making a mistake, uplifting the possibility for mistakes with reassuring second chances.
