Susan Striker recently retired after teaching art in the Greenwich Pubic Schools, where she was designated Distinguished Teacher. The Connecticut Art Education Association also named her Art Educator of the Year, citing her "significant contributions to the field of art education." Connecticut's Celebration of Excellence awarded Sue's Color Curriculum for preschool and Kindergarten art.
